                       The Complainant being a leady Senior Citizen filed present C.C.Case No. 16/2022 for displacement of electric Pole of Ops. Both parties are appeared in Maha Upabhokta Lok Adalat. Ld. P.K.Samal appeared on behalf of Ops for (TPCODL), Kendrapara District.

                     Consumer’s limited prayer for displacement of electric Pole which touches Complainant’s houses & prayed for displacement because the Pole touches house & there is every chances of electric damages to her house, such apprehension of danger is genuine & the Ops shall take steps for eradication of such apprehension of danger. The Ops agreed that they will try if any alternative arrangement can be possible or cabling the livewires by appropriate insulator for safety of the Complainant. It is directed the Ops shall take steps to either remove the Pole or cabling the livewire completely to the extent of length of the Complainant’s house.

                   This Case amicably settled in Maha Upabhokta Lok Adalat on dt. 16/12/2022.                                   

                  On the above observation the C.C.Case is accordingly disposed off.

                   Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
