Called out. Counsel for the applicant Dhananjay Srivastava is present.

Heard. An application has been moved for seeking correction in the judgment and order passed by this court in complaint case no.316 of 2017.

It is prayed that name of opposite party no.3 has been mentioned wrongly in the array of the parties. The name of Dr. Udai Veer Singh is typed in place of Dhananjay Srivastava as counsel for the complainant and no one was present for the opposite parties but Mr. V.S. Bisaria has been wrongly typed as counsel for the opposite parties.  

We have perused the original file in which name of opposite party no.3 has been mentioned wrongly in the array of the parties. The name of Dr. Udai Veer Singh is typed in place of Sri Dhananjay Srivastava as counsel for the complainant and no one was present for the opposite parties but Sri V.S. Bisaria has been wrongly typed as counsel for the opposite parties.  So the misc. application is liable to be allowed.

Accordingly, the misc. application is allowed. In the array of parties name of opposite party no.3 be deleted. The name of Dr. Udai Veer Singh be corrected as Sri Dahananjay Srivastava and name of Sri V.S. Bisaria be deleted as none was present for the opposite parties no.3.

The misc. application is disposed of accordingly.

The stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
