                                 Complainant remains absent. Ld. Counsel for Ops filed hazira. In compliance of the earlier order, it is noticed that Deptt. of Post, Govt. Of India sent a letter bearing No. CR-3/Jajpur/2015, Jajpur dtd. 21/7/2017, which is a part of this record. Equally, it is noticed that Complainant/petitioner is remaining absent since last 12 date by not taking any step and it appears that Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. As per the Op-Finance Company if any amount is pending the Complainant/Petitioner against the said vehicle or any defaulting amount the Op-finance Company as at liberty to take lawful action against the Complainant. According the Complainant is dismissed for default.
