1. This order shall dispose of an application u/s 340 Cr.P.C filed by the Complainant. Vide this application the Applicant/Complainant wants that an enquiry should be made against the Opposite Party and for initiative the proceedings u/s 340/195 Cr.PC.  
2. We have already heard the Counsel for the Complainant and have perused the file.
3. The Complainant had filed a complaint against the Opposite Party i.e. Corporation Bank on 31.07.2018. The said complaint was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated 02.09.2022.It is submitted by the Applicant/Complainant that the Opposite Party has deliberately made a false statement before this Commission and has filed false written statement, written argument and affidavit before this Commission.
4. The perusal of the record shows that complaint filed by the Complainant was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated 02.09.2022. The perusal of the file further shows that there is no cogent ground for initiating proceedings u/s 340 Cr.P.C. Nor we see  that it is expedient in the interest of justice to make an enquiry u/s 340 Cr.P.C.  Therefore, the application is dismissed.
