The case record is taken up today for passing final order. Ld. Adv. for the Complainant filed a petition on 25.05.22 praying for dismissal of the complaint on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled. The Complainant was examined on 25.05.22 stating that he filed the petition praying for dismissal of the instant complaint case voluntarily as the case has been amicably settled.

       The Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case as the case has been amicably settled. The materials on record shows that he filed the petition on 25.05.22 praying for dismissal of the instant case. Such being the position the instant is required to be dismissed for non-procecution. Hence it is

                                          Ordered

that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/03/2021 be and the same is dismissed for non-procecution but under the circumstances without costs.

 Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
