ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                        JUDGMENT

            Final award under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been passed on 24.3.2022 for which opposite parties have not received the amount as directed by this Commission under order dtd.18.5.2023 for which complainant has deposited the same in shape of B.D.

            Since final award has been passed by Learned Arbitrator prior to filing of the consumer complaint this case is not maintainable before this Commission. The amount deposited by complainant in shape of B.D. before this Commission is directed to be refunded by the registry.

            Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed being not maintainable. No cost.   

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 29^th February,2024.
