Complainant is without any steps and absent on repeated calls.

     Today is fixed for admission hearing of the case.The record reveals that the Complainant purchased a scorpio bearing registration No. WB94F9898 manufactured by Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. thorugh an agreement with the OP vide No. XVFPRAG0000351372. The OP made 6 EMI charges to the Complainant plus extra amount totaling Rs.3,44,715/-. The OP inspite of the guideline of the Govt. of India made charges due to failure of EMI. The Complainant filed the case before this Commission alleging the breach of the Reserve Bank of India’s guidelines on lockdown periods. But on scrutiny of the record no convencing document has been filed by the Complainant. So, the case is dimissed on merit due to want of documents.

Hence, it is

                                                          ORDERED

that the instant case No. CC/64/2022 is not admitted and as such it is dismissed on merit.
