                   The complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. The counsel for complainant has been heard. As per the complainant, he is having a bank account No. 3354488185 with the Central Bank of India (OP) and in November, 2020, he had received a message on his phone from the alleged bank for issuance of credit card without any charges and to give his two IDs but debited a sum of Rs. 9575/-on three different dates fraudulently. But the complainant has failed to give any prima facie evidence that the message of issuing credit card without any charge, was issued from the OP bank. Since it is a case of cyber crime and not of deficiency in service or malpractice on the part of the OP, thus we are of the considered opinion that the present complaint does not deserves to be admitted and thus, the same is hereby rejected.
