F I N A L       O R D E R

Order dated: 03.03.2021

 An application has been filed by the Complainant U/S 35 of the C.P Act,2019 alleging deficiency of service against the O.Ps.

 Today the complainant files one prayer praying for withdrawal of the case as the O.P bank credited the disputed amount along with penalty amount and as the Complainant got the disputed amount he is no more interested to proceed with the case further and accordingly he prayed for withdrawal of the case.

 The prayer of the complainant is considered and allowed.

 The complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.

 The order is passed in separate sheets vide order No: 3 dated 03.03.2021 which do form the part of this order.

 Accordingly, the case is liable to be dismissed as the complainant has no grievance against the O.Ps Bank.

Hence,

 it is ordered that  the Consumer Complaint, being No: C.C-02/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly the case is disposed of.

 Let free copies be given to the parties concerned as per C.P.R-2020.
