The complainant Sarathi Ghosh is present. She files a petition praying for withdrawl of the case on the ground that the dispute has been amicably settled. She has been examined in this case, from her evidence as well as the content of the petition it is revealed that the OPs Bank is paid Rs. 200000/- (Two lakh only) in favour of the complainant. In support of the fact the complainat has filed photocopy of her passbook. Such being the position we are of the view that the instant case is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn. Hence it is

                                          Ordered

that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/61/2022 be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn but under the circumstances without costs.
