We have perused the record.

The revision petition was preferred by the applicant, but no challenge was made therein to any order passed by the District Commission, Haridwar in consumer complaint No. 143 of 2023; Smt. Reeta Vs. Manager, Canara Bank (erstwhile known as Syndicate Bank), hence the revision petition was registered as Miscellaneous Application.

As the applicant has not challenged any order passed by the District Commission in the aforesaid consumer complaint, therefore, the revision petition, which has been registered as Miscellaneous Application, is not legally maintainable and is liable to be dismissed as such.

Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is dismissed, being not maintainable.
