Seen the petition and the complainant and her Ld. Advocate. The complainant is not willing to proceed with this case and she is willing to withdraw the case as the dispute has been amicably settled.

Such being the position. The instant case is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the instant case bearing No. CC/122/2022 be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn but under the circumstances without costs.
