            Complainant present.  Opposite party represented by Venu the official of opposite party. Counsel for opposite party assures that the refilled gas cylinder will be supplied to complainant within 10 days of booking in future.  Opposite party directed to supply refilled LPG cylinder within 10 days from the date of booking to the complainant in future.  Failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay Rs.10/- per day to the complainant from 10^th day of booking and a compensation of Rs.5000/-.  With the above direction,complaint is dismissed as settled.
