Aggrieved by the concurrent findings and orders passed by the fora below, the complainant has filed the present petition.

We have heard the petitioner in person and considered his submissions.  In our view, the impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or material irregularity or jurisdictional error, which calls

for interference by this Commission.  With these observations, the revision petition is disposed of accordingly.  However, if according to the complainant, there was some dispute in regard to the loan account of the complainant, it will be open for the complainant to seek his remedy by filing a fresh complaint if so advised.
