Brief facts
The complainant here in is the holder of gas connection No.39039. His case is that he has not received the subsidy for 3 cylinders which were booked on 29/12/14,20/2/15 and 28/4/15. After filing complaint before this Forum, one more cylinder was booked and he didn't get that the subsidy of the above cylinder also. Hence this complaint.
Notice was issued and served to the opposite party on the first hearing date ie on 18.8.15. One advocate appeared and proposed to file vakkalath. So the case is posted today for filing version. But when the case called opposite party remains absent and there was no representation. Hence name called and set - exparte.
The complainant was examined as PW1 and his documents were marked as Ext. A1 to A6. No contra evidence was adduced and hence the complaint is proved.
The documents were perused by us and which were tallying with the complainant's case.
In the result, we are allowing this complaint in part and order that, opposite party shall make arrangements to get the subsidy of 4 cylinders of the complainant forth with along with a compensation of Rs.3000/- and a cost of Rs.1000/-. The cost and compensation should be depposited before this Forum.
This order shall be complied within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
