Attendance on behalf of the complainant filed through his advocate. OP absent. Argument of the learned advocate for the complainant and OP no-2 has already been heard earlier learned advocate and OP no-3 absent since last several dates. Learned advocate for the complainant has pointed out that the payment has been made by the OP no-2 through Bank of Baroda not the Bank of India where the complainant’s account stands with same account number and i.e. why the payment has not been made to him. In view of above said facts OP no-2 is directed to pay the refundable amount to the complainant at his account standing at Bank of India, OP no-1 with the above direction present complaint is allowed and the case stands disposed off.
