Complainant is absent but send a e-mail that he is staying in outside of Odisha and stated that he is not interested to proceed with this consumer complaint case so as to he wants to withdraw the said case. Seen the received e-mail and perused the case record. Hence, the withdrawal petition received through e-mail is allowed and consumer complaint case is dropped as withdrawn at the stage of admission.
