Complainant party namely Smt. Bina Mandal and Sagat Mandal are both present in person by filing a petition stating that they have already got the relief from the Opposite Party/Bank as prayed for and their investment has duly been credited to their newly opened Joint Account of the Complainant with UCO Bank, Bishnupur Branch.

The Complainant has also prayed for disposal of the case accordingly. Perused the petition and the documents filed therewith.

It appears from the materials on record that they have no grievances with the O.P. / Bank as they have already received the investment amount in their joint account.

The case need not be proceeded against the O.P. by issuing any notice upon them. Hence it is ordered that the case is disposed of in the light of above observations.

Let a copy of this order be given to the complainant and the O.P. free of cost.
