This is a complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite party and seeking compensation of Rs. 20,000/-
- The opposite parties filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made against them.
- Today the case is posted for the affidavit of the complainant as last chance. But the complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. But the complainant failed to let in any evidence to prove the case so as to get an order as prayed for. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. No deficiency of service as alleged is proved against the opposite parties.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
