Som Nath Vs. Bajaj Finance Ltd.

 

Present:     Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Ram Parshad, Adv. for the complainan

                  Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, Adv. alongwith Sh. Sumit Gupta, Adv. for the Ops.

 

                 Ld. Counsel for both the parties stated at bar that they have reached at compromise.  Statement of both the parties recorded.  Statement of Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, Adv. for the Ops recorded to the effect that on the request of complainant, they will cancel the alleged insurance policy and the complainant has no right to claim in regards to the insurance policy and the company will refund Rs.6270/- to the complainant with 20 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.  Statement of complainant also recorded to the effect that in view of said statement given by ld. counsel for the Ops, he withdraws the present complaint.  In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
