The complainant prays for time. Prayer is allowed.

The prayer of the vacating ex parte order is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A case No. 12/2018.

Heard both sides.

We find that the O.Ps have already filed W.V and prayed for vacating ex parte order on the ground of communication gap with Deptt.

Cause is sufficient.

Prayer is liable to be allowed.

Hence

Ordered,

that the prayer for vacating ex parte order i.e. M.A No. 12/18 be and the same is

allowed on payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to the complainant.

M.A. is disposed of accordingly.
