None present for the complainant. Shri Aditya Darves-Advocate for the Opponent is present.  

As per order dated 16^th August, 2019, matter was kept for complainant to file his affidavit of evidence. Again, on 13^th December, 2019, the complainant sought adjournment for filing the affidavit of evidence and the same was allowed and adjourned on 23^rd April, 2020.  It appears that the complainant remained absent since 17^th September, 2021. Notice was also issued to the complainant regarding today’s date. Today also, the complainant is absent which shows that he is not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed for default.
