This appeal has been filed against the order passed by the District Forum, Bharatpur dated 12.1.2017 for enhancement of compensation.

 

Heard the counsel for the appellant and perused impugned judgment .

 

The order of the Forum below speaks that the deficiency relates to the debit of Rs. 1310/- and the Forum below has ordered to re-pay the above amount alongwith 9% interest and further more Rs. 3000/- has been allowed as compensation and cost of proceedings. Hence, looking at the facts of the present case the reasonable compensation has been allowed and needs no enhancement.

 

Hence, in view of the above there is no merit in this appeal not worth admission and liable to be dismissed.
