Today, the complainant  appeared  alongwith his counsel and stated that he has settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties forever and made the following statement in this District Commission.

“Stated that I have affected the compromise with the Opposite Party- Insurance Company regarding my two insurance claim fully mentioned in my complaint for a lump sum of Rs.35,000/- being full and final settlement of my above said claims and I have received demand draft bearing No.294156 dated 16.06.2022 for Rs.14468/- and other demand draft baring No. 294158 dated 16.06.2022 for Rs. 20532/- from Sh.Ajay Gulati, Advocate ld.counsel for Opposite Parties  today in this District Consumer Commission, Moga and now nothing is due against the Opposite Parties  towards my claims in question and thus I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same may please be dismissed as withdrawn fully satisfied. The photo copies of demand drafts are Mark 1 and Mark 2.”

On the other hand, Sh.Ajay Gulati, Advocate counsel for the Opposite Parties  also made statement to the following effect:-

“Stated that I have heard the aforesaid statement of Sh.Sanjay Kumar complainant and the same is correct.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of the parties recorded today separately before this District Commission, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room.
