Parties take no steps.

The parties have not filed certified copy of the judgement. However, net copy of final order passed in F.A No. 321/14 is brought out and we find that the said Appeal has been dismissed by Hon’ble State Commission, West Bengal setting aside the impugned order passed in C.C. Case No. 35/2013.

So, the present Execution case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence,

that the Ex. Case No. 12/2014 be dropped due to setting aside of impugned order passed in FA No. 321/14.
