Final Order / Judgement

The complainant is absent without steps and no show cause is filed.

From the order dated 11.01.2023 it is quite clear that the transaction in relation to which this case has come into being has already been closed. May be that due to such reason, the complainant has taken such recessive stands. Be that as it may, it is not possible for this Commission to run the case with the recessive stands taken by the complainant and we think this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution; but without cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
