Respondent Insurance Company is ordered by Forum that they will give the insured amount Rs. 1,10,000=00 and Rs. 10,000=00 in form of mind disturbance and Rs. 5000=00 in form of Case expenditure to the Complainant Smt Kusthma Devi with in one month. If this will not done by insurance company than they will pay it with interest 7% from the case filed.
