Present:           Complainant in person.

Dated, the 11th day of March, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Adv. for Sh.Karandeep Singh Cheema, Advocate for OP.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, after deducting Rs.1000/- as per UGC Guidelines from the total fee of Rs.30,500/- paid by the complainant, the OP will pay a sum of Rs.29,500/- to the complainant towards refund of fee, within fifteen days from today i.e. 11.3.2011.

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Adv. for Sh.Karandeep Singh Cheema, Advocate for OP. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly”

 

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP would pay a sum of Rs.29,500/- to the complainant towards refund of fee within fifteen days from today i.e. 11.3.2011.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
