            JUDGMENT/FINAL ORDER

 

            The Complainant filed this case for getting reliefs as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The Complainant declared that he is a Developer and he seek some claims against the land owners. We heard the petition of both the parties and considered. It is revealed from the complaint that the Complainant is not a consumer. The Complainant could not prove that he is a consumer. Though the Complainant filed a petition for withdraw the case.

 

 The Complainant cannot prove his case.

 

Hence, for ends of justice:

It is Ordered

That the instant case being no.CC- 58/2023  be and the same is dismissed without cost with a liberty to file the case at proper jurisdiction as per law.

Let the plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
