Complainant and opposite party represented. Maintainability of the complaint heard.  It is seen that Revenue Recovery proceedings initiated and the petitioner is remitting the amount through Revenue Recovery proceedings.     Also the  petitioner availed sanction   from the Government and obtained instalments in Revenue Recovery proceedings.   Hence  the complaint is not maintainable herein and dismissed.
