Heard. The plea of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the present matter is covered in view of the order passed by this Commission on 24.08.2012 in RP No. 1079 of 2012 The Director General, Social Justice and Empowerment Department vs Mamta Devi @ Mamta Sharma. In the present case, deceased being son of the respondent/ complainant had died of snake bite. In Mamta Devi (Supra) also, the deceased had died of snake bite. In view of the decision of this Commission in Mamta Devi (Supra) the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1.00 lakh (Rupees one lakh only) to the respondent/ complainant, if not paid earlier, within eight weeks without prejudice. In view of the foregoing, the revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
