Learned counsel of complainant/DH has made a statement that he has received a draft bearing no. 222422 dated 22/06/2015 of Rs. 53367/- in full and final payment on behalf of complainant in compliance of order of this forum under execution. Now nothing is due against the opposite party and he do not want to pursue the present execution application further and same be treated as withdrawn. In view on the statement of counsel of complainant, present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
