ORDER

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant –DH  has made  a  statement  that the Hon’ble  National  Commission has passed the stay  order in Revision  petition  and till  the decision of the revision petition,  he withdraw   the present execution  petition and  will file  the execution petition  afresh after  the decision  of the revision  petition by the Hon’ble National Commission .

                        Heard.

                        Statement  recorded separately.

                        Keeping  in view  the statement  made by  ld.  Counsel  for the complainant-DH,  the present execution  petition  stands dismissed as withdrawn  on the ground that  the  revision  petition is pending   before  the  Hon’ble  National  commission .   Necessary  permission  is granted to the complainant-DH  to file  the execution  after the decision of the revision  petition by the Hon’ble  National  Commission,  if she  is  advised  or desire   so.

                        File  be consigned  after due compliance.
