Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision has been filed against the interim order dated 11.7.2018 passed in Misc. Case No. 61 of 2018 by the District Forum, Jagatsinghpur wherein the District Forum has directed to release the vehicle on payment of one instalment within  10 days and not to take any coercive action against the complainant. This application has been filed in 2018. Since already 10 days have over, the complaint case is running in the District Forum, we think it proper to observe that the interim order dated 11.7.2018 passed in Misc. Case No. 61 of 2018 has lost its force as no order is filed to show it is made absolute within 45 days from the date of passing of the interim order. However, the learned District Forum is directed to hear the case expeditiously and dispose of the same within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order. It is made clear that free copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner who will place before the learned District Forum on 13.7.2020.

Revision is disposed of accordingly.
