          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to deliver  a new Batter or to repay the cost of the battery of Rs.10,300/- with interest and  to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards deficiency of service and to pay Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

       

 

 

              The complainant appeared in person and made an endorsement that the case is settled out of  Forum.  In view of the endorsement this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  No costs.
