         Complainant files hazira. He also files a separate petition praying for withdrawal of the complaint on the ground stated therein. Perused the said petition and the case record. Hd. the complainant in person. Considered.

       Complainant submits that the petition of complaint has not been drafted properly through in advertence and therefore he wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to sue or fresh, in view of such submission.

                                    Hence, it is,
