This revision petition has been filed with a delay of 1094 days which is over and above the statutory period of 90 days given for filing the revision petition.Under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 the consumer fora are required to decide the case in a summary manner within 90 days of its filing where no evidence is required to be

taken and within 150 days where the evidence is required to be taken.In the present case, the inordinate delay of 1094 days over and above the statutory period given for filing the revision petition, cannot be condoned without showing sufficient cause.The only reason given for condonation of delay in the application is that the file was misplaced or was moving from table to table.We are notsatisfiedwith the cause shown.Application for condonation of delay is dismissed.Consequently, revision petition is dismissed as barred by time.
