The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling a defective vehicle along with a prayer to replace the vehicle with a new one and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant, to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant and direct the opposite parties to refund a sum of Rs.178/- cost paid by the complainant towards labour charges.
Memo filed by the complainant that matter settled out of court. Memo recorded. In view of the memo the Consumer Complaint is dismissed. No Cost.
