Complainant files hazira for herself complainant files a petition for withdrawal of the complaint on the ground stated therein. Complainant also files copy of her Adhaar Card. Op nos. 2 & 3 files hazira through their Ld counsel.

 The president is present through online. Complainant herself submits that dispute has been amicably settled and she has received amount as such she likes to withdraw this complaint. This bench finds that when dispute has been settled and complainant has received amount and there is no further claim from her end then her prayer should be allowed.

Hence, it is ordered that petition filed by complainant to withdraw this complainant is allowed. The instant Consumer complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.
