This record was fixed for filing W/V by the OPs.

The complainant has filed this complaint on 25.02.2021. Today an application is filed on behalf of the OPs along with a demand draft. The complainant has stated verbally that if the OPs will pay the paid amount of Rs. 1,56,750/-, as paid by the complainant to the OPs for purchasing a flat, the complainant will not claim any other relief from the OPs.

Accordingly today one demand draft in favour of the complainant has been submitted by the OPs bearing no. 008214 drawn on SBI, Salt Lake Electronic Complex Branch, dated 20.01.2022 amounting to Rs. 1,56,750/-.

As the complainant is not present today due to her medical treatment, let the said demand draft be kept under the safe custody of the Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission.

The complainant/her authorized representative will be at liberty to collect the said demand draft from the Registrar-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission as per their convenience by producing  approved photo identity along with its self attested photocopy.

Be it mentioned at the time of handing over this demand draft the complainant/her authorized representative shall put endorsement on the margin of this order.

In view of the above payment hence, it is ordered that MA/7/2022 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction. No cost, and accordingly CC/86/2021 is also disposed of.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
