ORDER:

                             Today the case was fixed for arguments.

                             Instead of arguing the case, Shri Naresh Vashishtha, counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that “I press only for harassment and litigation charges and any other relief if the Commission may given to the complainant.

                             On the basis of the statement of Shri  Naresh Vashishtha, counsel for the complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that the matter has been settled between the parties and shocker and spare part of the motor cycle has been replaced on 30.11.2021 and  the complaint was filed on 24.11.2021. The complainant wants to press only for harassment and litigation charges.  In the interest of justice, the complaint is disposed off with the direction to the opposite party to pay Rs.2500/- as compensation for causing mental agony and harassment alongwith litigation expenses to the complainant. Compliance of this order  be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
