Shamsher Singh vs. Malhotra Industries

                   Sh.  Aman Malhotra,  partner for opposite party.

                   Sh. Aman Malhotra, partner appeared on behalf of op and has made a statement that matter has been compromised with the complainant regarding which complainant has given his affidavit dated 16.11.2016. Affidavit in this regard has been placed on file.  Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.30 p.m. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing his case further as in view of above statement and affidavit, he has been satisfied and therefore, complaint is hereby dismissed being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
