Present:     Complainant in person with Sh. J.S. Sodhi, Adv. 

               

                    File taken up today on the application moved by the counsel for the complainant. The complainant has made a statement to the effect that Mr. Sourov-representative of Company has given assurance that old air conditioner will be replaced with new one within fifteen days, so he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

                 In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
