Today this case is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.

The complainant is personally appeared today. The O.P. files hazira. Though the complaint has not filed any show cause petition but by filing a petition has prayed for withdrawal of this case on the ground that the dispute arose between both the parties has been amicably settled outside of this Forum, so the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case further.

Heard, considered, the ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the petition for withdrawal of this case, filed this day is allowed.

Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw this case.

This case being No. CC-86/2014 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.
