ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to reimbursement of Rs.10,608/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and harassment and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards cost of the compliant.

         Both represented through counsel.  Joint Memo filed for compromise and recorded.   Hence the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
