Perused the petition and having gone through the order Dt.11/01/2017, it is found that through the order was pronounced in the open forum on Dt.11/01/2017 which is mentioned in the front page of the order also signed by the President and Member on the same date, but in the operative person of the order due to some typical mistake  on Dt.11/04/2016 has been mentioned instead of Dt.11/01/2017 which has been inadvertently over signted.

     In view of such circumstances the petition filed by Advocate for the petitioner is allowed. hence above mentioned said date be corrected and a fresh copy of the order sheet (Page No.5(five)) be supplied to the parties along with fresh copy of the total order to the parties and the order to the parties and the order be treated to have be pronounced  to i.e. Dt.06/02/2017 for the propose of limitation.

Accordingly the Misc petition is disposed off to day.
