It is now 1.00 p.m. on repeated calls neither the complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file show-cause or to take step.

It appears that on previous date complainant has absent without step.

In  view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the consumer complaint No.43/2017 be and same is hereby DISIMSSED FOR DEFAULT; but without cost.
