            The facts of the complaint is that the complainant is transporting the milk for opposite party as per a transport contract basis. Subsequently the route as per contract was extended and he is not getting any extra payment for the extended route.  Hence this complaint is filed against the opposite party alleging unfair trade practice.

2.         Here the preliminary question is whether the complainant is a consumer or whether this complaint is maintainable before the Forum.

3.         Upon hearing of the complainant it is clear that the complainant is doing transportation Job under opposite party on a contract basis.  Hence he is not a consumer as per the Consumer Protection Act.  Therefore this complaint is not maintainable before this Forum.

            Hence the complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
