Present complaint is for refund of certain Air tickets booked through Opposite Party’s online booking portal by Complainant in the month of 23.02.2019.  Learned counsel for the Complainant has submitted that in April, 2019 Opposite Party intimated to Complainant that the said tickets were cancelled and they would process refund of the said ticket however, till date he has not received any refund therefore, this complaint is filed. Complainant has not provided any documents to show that Opposite Party has given any intimation about cancellation of tickets in question thereby entitling Complainant to get refund and only annexed  A & B are flight tickets for travel in the month of June by KLM Dutch airlines and Ex.C is tax invoice for travel by Air france, British airways, Jet airways.  The document at Ex.C clearly states that it is not a valid e-ticket that can be used for travel.  Hence we are unable to conclude whether Complainant has actually travelled using annexed tickets or if Opposite Party has actually cancelled these tickets as there is no supporting intimation annexed to the complaint. Under the circumstances, we do not find any deficiency in service on part of Opposite Party.  Hence this complaint is dismissed in limine.
