Due to non-filing of copy of complaint and registered cover etc., notice to opposite parties was not issued. A date is requested by the counsel for the complainant for compliance. Heard. Today is the last opportunity for making compliance in order to seek service of the opposite parties. Neither copy of complaint nor registered cover etc. has been furnished by the complainant. Despite availing so many opportunities from 20.02.2023, 25.04.2023, 23.06.2023, 25.08.2023, 06.11.2023, 08.01.2024, 26.02.2024, 28.03.2024, 16.05.2024 and 09.07.2024. Thereafter, this case was adjourned for service of the Ops on filing of copies, RC etc. but the complainant has failed to make compliance of this order at so many occasions. Even she has not made any efforts to make compliance of the order of this Commission despite the fact last opportunity was granted. Hence, it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
